I can get it setup to where it will verify the account, but it keeps telling me that my password is incorrect, and to “Enter the password for the Exchange account “Exchange”", when I know that it is. Is there something that I am not doing? Thank you.

This totally worked for me. Not only does it pull in all your calendar items with option for alarm when each is due or before duedate but its just like an organizer all in one. It isnt exactly what I was searching for but its free and it works perfectly well, same as when I had gmail, the same features. Thanks!
