The Dell Mini 5′s answer to iPad:possible epic fail pricing

Okay so yesterday we have the iPad and today we here quite a few noise on the upcoming DELL Product Mini 5.
Its based on a 1 gHZ snapdragon and have 3G sim and runs Android. I talk about this sometime back and then it looks a solid device.
But whats this about Micheal DELL pricing the device at USD1000 and more? I think its a fail there! I believe the 3G iPad cost even less.
They gotta think about the pricing if not DELL is going down the drain.
