hi Brett,

sorry for the late reply. why i have business and work is because they are 2 different areas of responsibility. "business" is really for projects that generate alternative sources of income or business ideas that i developed out of work. "work" is for things that i encounter in my job.

i would say photography may not be a location context. for me context refers very much to either location restricted, time restricted and person/group restricted. for me there is no difference between context and tags.

you do not need to tag your tasks with ProjectA or ProjectB, in your Appigo ToDo, create subprojects for them.

I'm using the same app on my new iPad 2. I'm having difficulty differentiating between lists and contexts. Before reading up on GTD, I had lists as my locations and contexts as projects.

Now I want Contexts to be my location/resource requirements: ie:
Work
Home
Errands
Photography

So now I struggle with what my Lists would consist of. If I had 3 projects at work, would I have a list for each project vs using a tag for each?

Tags could be
WaitingFor
ProjectA
ProjectB
PersonA
PersonB

and if I had my tags that way - it would eliminate the usefulness of the List item.

You have a "Business" list, and a "Work" Context. Seems redundant and confusing.

Comments? Advise? :)
