Finally! another person that agrees that Omnifocus is expensive. If we talk about the challenges in today's world, managing money is part of the equation and with those Toodledo linked iPhone apps i really dun think we need omnifocus just to do tasks.

thanks for sharing your work process Bojan?

Now I agree with you on the most part, but I can't justify Omnifocus purchuse of 70$. I am premium Evernote subscriber, even though Evernote is robust, it syncs across my Apple devices (iPad and Mac Book Pro) with my Android phone, which I am going to switch to in near future for iPhone 5.

Why iPhone 5 and Evernote? Well first of all, there is ZenDone.com, which made me move my GTD ecosystem to Evernote, while I wait for their app to come out in 3 weeks, which integrates with Google Calendar.

Google Calendar integration is huge for me, because it supports reminders in form of SMS. I am counting on the fact that I can run out of the smartphone, but I can always recieve text messages from Google, that will send me my task lists for the day via SMS and reminders on the things that I have to do.

Automation is greatly important, and that I will be able to achieve in near future.

Also trying to keep devices to a minimum, and I am already over the top with iPad, being my third device. It's fun, but… Too much I guess.

iPod touch is appealing, esppecially now with Retina Display, but it's just another flawed device, which could be your phone and give you the complete experience...
